I’m bringing out an old shirt, re-creating a look I used to love doing back in the day. I wanted something Spring-like for work and I didn’t want to got for something all black again with this pair.

The Review

The Packaging

I accidently forgot to film this, and binned it!

Getting Them On: these were a breeze to get on this morning! I did my scrunch and roll, shimmied them up and off we go! These were fine going over my anklets too.

On The Legs: so I like that the design starts from the ankle and works its way up to top thigh – it would have been nice to have them all over, but with previous experience, the design does start to rub away around the feet. I do love Astrology myself, so these were a must when I saw them in the sale!

The quality is lovely; these are a great pair of tulle tights and they have lasted me all day without any issues. I managed to get a few little nicks here and there as my camera case kept falling on me!

The fit is spot on for my legs and size, and I had no issues with it being too snug or gapping around the knees. I would advise going a size up if needs be.

The feel of them are super soft and lovely to touch; they have a velvety feel on the astrology signs and the base is super smooth against the skin. I had no worries about these irritating my skin either, which is a thumbs up from me!

One thing to mention; the velvet texture on the signs will fade with wear. When these are stretched out constantly, it does start to break and become thinner in texture. It’s worth noting as I have experienced this in the past with another Calzedonia pair.

The Toes & Ankle: these don’t come with reinforced toes sadly, which is a shame but never mind. I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and no pressure was added during my wear.

Around the feet and ankles, I had a smooth, wrinkle-free finish.

The Waistband & Gusset: now I do like this band, purely because it’s slim at the top with a wide reinforced area sitting underneath it. These have plenty of stretch to them, and don’t shimmy down during the day either.

These also come with a cotton gusset, which sits flush against the skin too.
