Wolford coming through baby! This pair I am super excited to try out, considering I am wondering if these will be too hot to wear this time of year. I wanted to try and create a simple outfit with this pair, showing that you can incorporate a design like this into work wear.

I went with my black cowl neck dress, paired with simple black court shoes to let the legs do the talking for me today. I wanted to keep the tights as a statement piece, so opting for black pieces helped me with that.

The Packaging

Getting Them On: another pair where I don’t have to worry about the pattern lining up. I still did my scrunch and roll to get them over my anklets with ease, and then I did slowly just made sure it didn’t twist as I was pulling them up.

On The Legs: something different for sure, but I actually quite like them… I wasn’t too sure to begin with, but now that they are styled and I’ve spent the day in them, I really do like them! The design is W’s, and with the design being how they are, they create a great look where you can’t help but stare to see what’s going on.

The quality of these are so gorgeous; they have been such a great pair to be in, and I managed to mess it up by snagging them as soon as I got back home. I managed to catch them in 2 places, which I was not pleased about! Aside from that, I kept them pristine all day with no issues.

The fit of these are great; I went a size up as I wanted them to be a bolder white and thicker looking, than opting for a Small where they would be well stretched out and a thinner looking denier. Plus it gave me some extra material to achieve even leg coverage too.

The feel of these are super soft, and really silky smooth. You wouldn’t think it, but they are amazing to touch, and they have a semi-shine which makes them even more appealing. I didn’t catch the shine on them today, but you can get little glimmers here and there when they are on.

The Toes & Ankle: I believe these don’t have reinforced toes to them, considering the design starts from the toe seams. I did also find threads peering out of the seams which is a first for me from Wolford. They are usually perfect when you get them out the packaging, but this pair had a loose thread here.

I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and no pressure was added during my wear considering I had a lot of material to play with here.

Around the feet and ankles, I had a smooth fitted finish, with no wrinkling which I was super pleased about.

The Waistband & Gusset: now here we have a boxer brief. The design ends just underneath here, and it becomes a reinforced section. I don’t mind this, but I would prefer it not to be there to be honest.

The band itself was great to begin with, until it started to roll over itself multiple times during the day. I wasn’t pleased as usually Wolford bands sit really well under clothing, without it doing this. I still had plenty of elastic for it to move with me and stretch out when I needed it to.

These come with a cotton gusset, that sit flush against the skin.

Overall, this pair is lovely, and I had so many stares while I was strutting my stuff around. The only downside I have is that these snagged super easily, and the band kept rolling over itself instead of sitting flush. Apart from that, these are a great statement pair, and one that I loved styling up today!
